Khalwat dar Anjuman (Solitude in the Crowd)

Khalwat
Dar anjuman
Within
With You

I walk through crowds, I turn within
Where silence opens deep within
The noise surrounds, the heart stays still
World outside, You within

Alone
Yet with You
Within
With You

Solitude in the crowd, my hidden ground
World outside, You within, where I am found
Noise will fade, stillness stays
My heart keeps dhikr through all my days

Khalwat
Dar anjuman
Light
Stillness

Light in silence
Silence in the crowd

In market streets, in halls of prayer
One steady heart, one breath is there
Who knows this secret walks awake
Alive in every step they take

Alone
Yet with You
Within
With You

Solitude in the crowd, my hidden ground
World outside, You within, where I am found
Noise will fade, stillness stays
My heart keeps dhikr through all my days

Outer world
Passes
Inner world
Remains
One remembrance
Eternal

Khalwat
Dar anjuman
Light
Within

Solitude in the crowd, my hidden ground
World outside, You within, where I am found
Noise will fade, stillness stays
My heart keeps dhikr through all my days

Khalwat
Dar anjuman
Within
With You
Light
Stillness
