Tashqarida olam, ichimda sen
Shovqin o‘tar, sukunat qolar
Dilimda faqat Haq zikr qilar

Solitude in the crowd - this is me.
Outside, the world; within me, You.
The noise passes, the silence remains.
In my heart only the dhikr of Truth sounds.

Bozorda ham, masjid ham
Bir xil ko‘ngil, bir xil dam
Kim bilsa bu sirni
U yashar har lahzada tirik

In the marketplace and in the mosque -
the same heart, the same moment.
Whoever knows this secret
lives alive in every instant.
